Yes you can prepay your loan anytime during the loan tenure. Prepayment charges 5% of the principle outstanding.

It depends on your bank which may take up to 20 working days to activate the revised instructions. In case your next instalment falls due prior to the said date, instruction already lodged with us will be presented for payment.

The turnaround time varies based on the type of query. All the queries which we can resolve it through this app will be done on real time. Any query raised through Raise A Query will have a related TAT and will be shared at the time of query submission.

Hero Fincorp updates the customer data with CIBIL on a monthly basis. Further CIBIL updates the same in their database within 1 week’s time.
