Why do you need a Two-Wheeler Licence in India?

Most importantly, a driving licence makes you legally eligible to drive a motorised vehicle in India. It indicates that you are physically and mentally capable of driving a vehicle safely and are trained and experienced enough to operate a vehicle without harming yourself or others on the road. Apart from that, a driving licence also serves as an important document for personal identification. If a high-security place asks for your identity proof, you can produce your driving licence as a valid identity card.

The act of paying out money for any kind of transaction is known as disbursement. From a lending perspective this usual implies the transfer of the loan amount to the borrower. It may cover paying to operate a business, dividend payments, cash outflow etc. So if disbursements are more than revenues, then cash flow of an entity is negative, and may indicate possible insolvency.
