• Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals of Used Car Loan
• Achieve key business matrices of IRR (Internal Return Rate), Fee Income, Cross- Sell and Business Mix

• Relationship Management with existing internal stakeholders, TW (Two-Wheeler) dealerships. End to end co-ordination with the Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing of discrepancies.
• Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), policies & Hygiene laid down by the company.
• Controlling the FEMI (First Equated Monthly Instalment), SEMI (Second Equated Monthly Installment), TEMI (Third Equated Monthly Instalment) of each loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned location.
• Ensure to keep the Non-performing Loans and Post Disbursal Documents pendency percentage under control.
• Ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience.
• Ensure that all the cases are First Time Right.
• Educate the customer specifically on not to bounce their EMIs.
• Manage all customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to the loan disbursal.

• Team Handling of Sales Executives and Channel Associates.
• Relationship Management with existing internal stakeholders, TW (Two-Wheeler) dealerships. End to end co-ordination with the Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing of discrepancies.
• Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), policies & Hygiene laid down by the company.
• Controlling the FEMI (First Equated Monthly Instalment), SEMI (Second Equated Monthly Installment), TEMI (Third Equated Monthly Instalment) of each loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned location.

• Ensure Hero FinCorp presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the Cluster
• Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
• Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
• Monitoring the schemes, Team performance, training and managing Territory Managers. Gate keeper of processes at the ground . Ensuring quality of sales and collection

• Contribute to the Internal Audit function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks in order to improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
• Take lead in developing and executing the company's audit plan, and involve in the day to day execution of internal audits.
• Participate & Lead in Internal Audits.
• Participate in opening meetings with stake holders to explain the scope and objectives of the audit.
• Perform process walkthroughs to identify key risk & control matrix.
• Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.
• Conduct audit discussions with business management to identify the root cause & to obtain sustainable management action plans.
• Preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings.
• Develop a risk based test plan by selecting appropriate audit approach, test procedures and sampling criteria based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology.
• Perform audit tests and prepare working papers in accordance with professional IIA standards.
• Identification of Audit universe, risk assessment of audit entities & development of the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Keep abreast on the change in risk environment within / outside the organization.
